HALE & ASSOCIATES SURVEY CO. is a locally owned and operated land surveying firm which was organized in 1982 and has been located in Oklahoma City since this time and is registered with the Oklahoma State Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors and operates under the Certificate of Authorization No. 819.

Hale & Associates' state of the art land surveying division is equipped for a variety of surveying projects to fit your needs. We have instant communications with our field crews at all times, so we can monitor the progress of your job and take care of any situations as they arise. This makes us extremely flexible and gives us the ability to change our service to fit your needs in a moment's notice. Hale & Associates' fully equipped crews utilize the latest in technology in GPS and Robotic Total Stations to aid in providing clients with accurate results. Hale & Associates also has crews dedicated to the timely delivery of Mortgage Inspection Reports for title companies and lenders to meet closing deadlines. Our surveys are produced on the latest software available from Autodesk and are compatible with many other CAD programs available today.

It is our policy to professionally produce and stand behind a product that is true, accurate, and reliable for its intended purpose. Our approach to each survey is to work closely with the client and all parties who may have a special interest, as well as to identify and resolve problems and conflicts in a way that protects the interest of everyone involved.

HALE & ASSOCIATES SURVEY CO. carries a comprehensive Errors and Omission Liability Insurance package. Workers Compensation fully complies with Oklahoma requirements. Our company is in good standing with the State Board of Professional Land Surveyors. All projects are performed in accordance with the requirements of The Oklahoma Minimum Standards for practice of Land Surveying which was adopted by The Board of Registration for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors September 17, 1993.

Mr. Hale has more than forty years of experience in the field of surveying and has been a nationally and state certified surveyor since 1978. In 1981, Mr. Hale purchased Oklahoma Engineering & Land Surveying Company, now known as Hale & Associates Survey Company, Inc. Mr. Hale is experienced in the research of city, county, and state records, boundary problem analysis, subdivision platting, construction staking, road right-of-way acquisition, road construction, commercial building construction, as-built surveys, precision horizontal and vertical control networks, FEMA Elevation Certificates and Letter of Map Amendments (LOMA) and ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys.

Mr. Jaworsky is the Manager of Mortgage Inspection Reports and he oversees the daily duties of the field crews, along with leading the production of the Mortgage Inspection Reports. He has been in the industry for 17 years and has served in various positions, from performing duties as a crew chief to working as a CADD technician. Mr. Jaworsky has 10 years of experience as a Survey Crew Chief along with 15 years of performing CADD technician duties. He is experienced in boundary surveys, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, mortgage inspections, replats, and construction layout. Brian Jaworsky has an associate degree in Applied Science in Computer Aided Drafting from Oklahoma City Community College, as well as an associate degree in Applied Science from Oklahoma State University (OSU OKC).

John Sauler has been in the Surveying business since 2000. Mr. Sauler currently serves as the Project Manager for construction and surveying projects for Hale & Associates Survey Co. He got his start as an instrument man with a company that strictly performed constriction surveying for road and highway construction projects. Mr. Sauler has worked on a wide range of surveying projects, from as-built surveys for communication towers to residential and commercial boundary surveys, elevation surveys and ALTA Surveys. He also has experience with construction staking of bridges, county roads and highways as well as residential and commercial developments. John Sauler has completed the CADD/CAM Program with a focus on Civil Drafting from Francis Tuttle Vo-Tech in Oklahoma City. Mr. Sauler is experienced with Autodesk Civil 3D as well as the interface between Civil 3D and field data collectors.
